Circuits
By means of the tools of group of Turnips (Pen) shown on fig. 16.1, and tools of creation of figures (fig. 16.2) it is possible to create the vectorial objects named circuits (path).
Circuits consist of nodal points (anchor point) which are connected among themselves segments of curves or direct lines (fig. 16.3). To change the circuit or figure form, it is necessary to move, add or delete a nodal point or to move a segment. The form of the curvilinear sections of a circuit also can be corrected, changing a direction of tangents.
Besides, tools of group of Turnips are used for creation of layers of type shape (figure) which visible areas supervise cutting off circuits (clipping path). Layers of the given type contain areas of filling which it is possible to edit, and the circuit of cutting off defining boundary of a figure. Circuits of cutting off of layers are the vectorial masks almost identical to masks of layers, but having one advantage: they set the exact boundaries occupying much less a random access memory, than channels.
The circuits created by means of tools of Turnips (Pen) or Freeform Pen (the Free pen), display, open, close, rearrange in a stack, save and delete palettes Paths (Circuits) with usage - fig. 16.4 see. After tool Ren activation (and prior to the beginning of creation of a working circuit).
To create a figure layer (type shape), click by the left button, if want to receive a working circuit (work path) - on right.
