Prevalence of cards NVIDIA of new generation while is insignificant, and price GeForce GTX recommended for Russia 480 causes only nervous snickers because this card in any way does not cost 19 thousand roubles (without saying even that the overwhelming majority of sellers yet does not follow also to this recommendation). We would reflect on purchase GeForce GTX 480 not earlier than the price for it falls to 15 - 16 thousand roubles.
